School District Reporting System
Perrysburg Schools has established a system for individuals to report specific concerns about staff member behavior or to resubmit previous reports that may not have been fully addressed. It is designed to handle detailed reports related to staff member conduct and is not intended for general feedback or non-specific concerns. To ensure that all reports can be thoroughly reviewed and addressed, we ask that submissions include as much detail as possible, such as names, dates, and descriptions of the incidents in question.
If you have a specific concern that meets these criteria, please use the following:
Voicemail: 419-874-9131, ext. 2800
