School Supplies
Linked on the left side of this page, you will find the school supply list that the teachers have determined for the 2017-2018 school year. If you have any questions or need clarification about a particular item, feel free to wait to make that purchase until after you have spoken to your child’s teacher. Thank you so very much for your support!
School District Reporting System
Perrysburg Schools has established a system for individuals to report specific concerns about staff member behavior or to resubmit previous reports that may not have been fully addressed. It is designed to handle detailed reports related to staff member conduct and is not intended for general feedback or non-specific concerns. To ensure that all reports can be thoroughly reviewed and addressed, we ask that submissions include as much detail as possible, such as names, dates, and descriptions of the incidents in question.
If you have a specific concern that meets these criteria, please use the following:
Voicemail: 419-874-9131, ext. 2800
Thank you for your partnership in fostering a safe, respectful, and accountable school community.

Safer Ohio School Tip Line - 844-723-3764
This is a free service that accepts calls and texts 24/7 and allows anyone to anonymously share information with school officials and law enforcement about threats to safety.

Crisis Text Line - text “4hope” to 741 741
People of all ages may reach out by text 24/7 to communicate with someone trained to listen and respond in a method that is free, private, secure and confidential. Data usage while texting Crisis Text Line is free and the number will not appear on a phone bill with the mobile service carrier.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers 24/7 access to trained counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. People in distress can call and text 988, or chat with someone on 988lifeline.org. People worried about a loved one who may need crisis support may also use these services.
As of January 23, 2025, we are full for our spots for children not receiving Special Educational Services. New preschool enrollments that are completed or after 01/23/25 for the 2025-26 school year will be placed on a waiting list.
