Office of Development & Alumni Relations


The Office of Development & Alumni Relations supports students, staff, and the school district by:
  1. Securing corporate and private sponsorships for district initiatives
  2. Reviewing and managing fundraisers in coordination with the Treasurer’s Office
  3. Assisting with reunion planning and alumni engagement
  4. Working with the Perrysburg Schools Foundation regarding classroom grants, scholarships, giving campaigns, and special initiatives

Transcript Requests

Please note, this link is NOT for current Perrysburg High School students. It is for PHS graduates and for third party agencies ONLY to request a transcript for job applications, background checks, graduation verifications, transfer college applications, etc. CURRENT students should speak with their counselor.

Unclaimed Diplomas

There are currently over 200 unclaimed diplomas at Perrysburg High School. If you graduated in 1990 to 2024 and did not claim your diploma after graduation, please contact Megan Lazor at [email protected] to set up arrangements for pickup.

*Graduates must be present and bring photo ID to claim diploma. Any school fees owed must be paid in full before diploma may be released.
