Senior Recognition Ads 

Space is still available to personalize a page for your student. Tell your child how proud they make you with an “ad” in the yearbook. You can create a full-page, half-page, quarter-page, or eighth-page ad by sending us photos and adding a personal message. To see examples, learn more, and see how it works, click here. Business and Community Sponsor Ads 

Do you own, manage, or maintain a local business? We would love to partner with you and recognize you in the yearbook with advertising space.   We would love to include your business sponsorship in our yearbook because it is a “history”  book of our town, and you and your business are an important part of our community. The inclusion of your business sponsorship or advertisement benefits all students in our school. It means that we can  keep the cost of our book down and also include some special additions. Senior Portraits 

The Black and Gold Yearbook has a contract with Impulse Studio to complete senior portraits.  Only portraits completed by our contracted photographer will be printed in the yearbook. Contact Mrs. Joy Wagener (yearbook adviser) ([email protected]) with any questions. 

If you were already photographed, make sure you check your photo proofs!   Visit impulseschoolphotos.gotphoto.com and type in your access code (given to seniors on a card at their photo appointment). Select the photo you wish to use in the yearbook ASAP. 

If you still need to be photographed, please make an appointment on our Nov 8 senior portrait make up day. Click here to make an appointment. This is an election day, so there is no school that day. The building will be open for photo appointments. Signing up for an appointment through the link above and with our contracted photographer is the ONLY way your senior’s portrait will make it into the yearbook. 

**Please be aware that seniors are expected to dress appropriately in these portraits. This means collared shirts, suit jackets optional. No spaghetti straps, halter tops, or strapless shirts. The photographer offers the “black drape” top for a more classic look. Hats are not permitted in senior portraits. Board approved dress code guidelines should be followed.  Please refer to page 16 of the school handbook for additional guidelines.    

Underclassmen Portraits 

The Black and Gold Yearbook has a contract with JPix to complete underclassmen photos and student ID cards.  Only portraits completed by our contracted photographer will be printed in the yearbook. 

Underclassmen portraits were taken on Aug, 13, 14, and 19, 2024.  

Photo Retakes are on Mon, Sept 24, 2023 from 8:00-2:30 in the PHS Auditorium Lobby.
