Perrysburg Health Aides provide the following day-to-day services:

  • Creation of Individual Health Action Plans

  • Daily medication administration

  • Daily medical treatments

  • Health Education

  • Health resource for staff and students

  • Health Screenings

  • Participate on School-based Intervention Teams

  • Review/documentation of immunizations

Students should not text/call a parent for pickup, but should go to the school clinic. The nurse or school personnel will contact the parent/guardian if the student needs to go home.
