Check for Fundraiser Date Conflicts

 
Before completing a fundraising request, we suggest viewing the Master Fundraiser Google Calendar (linked here) to check for possible date conflicts. This calendar contains all fundraiser requests received by the Development Office that have been submitted with a planned date. It was created to help groups avoid scheduling conflicts as much as possible when planning fundraisers.
 
Once a fundraiser request is approved by the Board of Education, the fundraiser advisor will receive an email from the Development office notifying the group of approval, along with additional information. 
 
Fundraisers are not added to the calendar if submitted with a date to be determined. Fundraiser advisors are responsible for notifying Marissa Dombrowksy by email at [email protected] as soon as their fundraiser date has been set. When the Development Office receives the confirmed date, then the fundraiser will be added to the calendar.
