TOCA Soccer is offering Spring soccer classes for kids 18 months to 13 years of age from now through the end of May. Classes are offered on Wednesday, Thursday (Advanced), Friday (Advanced), and Saturday.  Individual or small group training also now available for ages 6+. Classes days and times available: Ages 1.5 - 3 and 4 - 5: Wednesdays at 5 pm, as well as Saturdays at 9 am.  Ages 6 - 13: Wednesdays at 6 pm or Saturdays at 10 am. Lifewise Provides Biblically based character development during school time and we are thrilled to be launching this coming school year available at Toth and Woodland Elementary.   Is teaching the Bible during the school day really legal? A: Yes! The concept of released time religious instruction has been upheld multiple times at the U.S. Supreme Court. Released time guidelines both guard against government establishment of any one religion and allow expression of the right to the “free exercise of religion,” also protected by the First Amendment. Does LifeWise interfere with classes during the school day? A: No, while classes are held during the school day, they do not interfere with children’s mandatory courses or extracurricular activities. The class schedule is set by school personnel in consultation with LifeWise representatives. Woodland, students will attend during specials at Toth it is during lunch/recess. How often are LifeWise classes? A: Typically, students attend LifeWise once per week for a class lasting between 45 minutes and one hour. How large are the class sizes? A: LifeWise classes are usually the size of normal school classes, between 15 and 25 students.:)

We want kids to love playing the piano.  The RiverFront piano lab is the perfect setting to grow in musicianship, make friends and cultivate the creativity and discipline it takes to become a musician. Beyond Healthcare is now enrolling for our summer program for youth ages 8-11 in Toledo the area.  If you have a child who has an IEP, or struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges, and may be interested in a skills-based summer program, please reach out to us.  The program would partially be covered by insurance if you qualify, and located in Toledo.  This may be the ideal program if your child has a hard time in traditional daycare settings, but needs full-time summer support.
