Form submission is required for all Perrysburg Schools students attending Penta Career Center who need transportation. A new form is required each school year.

General Information
• Please complete the transportation form for all Perrysburg students attending Penta Career Center (use link above).
• Students residing in other school districts are not permitted to ride Perrysburg Schools buses.  
• Students who drive to, or get dropped off at, Perrysburg Junior High School, and students who live in the non-bus service area/Walk Zone around Perrysburg Junior High School will be assigned to Bus #37.
• Bus assignments will be found on the StopFinder App in early August.

AM Bus Service
Students will be picked up at their assigned bus stop by regular PJHS buses, going to Perrysburg Junior High School. When the bus arrives at Perrysburg Junior High School, students will transfer to Bus #37, parked in the back drive behind PJHS, and then shuttled to Penta Career Center.  
The Penta buses leave campus once all of the Non-Public Buses (#36, #37, #38) have arrived.

PM Bus Service
At Penta, Perrysburg’s bus will be parked in parking spot #16.
Students will ride Bus #37 from Penta in the afternoon to Perrysburg Junior High School.
Bus #37 will drop students in the back lot of PJHS around 3:30 p.m. Buses #36 and #38 will be available to transport students home who have registered, others will be required to self-transport / parent-transport once arriving at Perrysburg Junior High School.

Weather-Related Delays and Closings
• When Perrysburg Schools is delayed for weather, all morning buses will run 2 hours behind. (If Penta is on time, students will not be marked tardy.)
• When Perrysburg Schools is closed due to weather, no Perrysburg buses will run, morning or afternoon. (Penta students will be excused due to weather in the school district.)

Scheduled Delays & Closings
When Perrysburg is delayed or closed for in-service days:
      AM – Buses for Penta / Non-Public routes will run on a normal schedule.
      PM – Buses will run on their regular schedule.
