On Thursday, February 22, there will be a Kindergarten Registration Form Collection Day at the Perrysburg Board of Education Office, 140 East Indiana Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for parents/guardians to turn in all required paperwork to complete enrollment. This event is only for families of newly enrolling kindergarteners who have completed online pre-registration for 2024-2025 and attendance is required. This event is scheduled for the purpose of collecting enrollment paperwork only - kindergarten assessments will be done during Jacket Jump Start in August. Students do not need to attend this event. Pre-registered families who do not attend on February 22 and those who pre-register after these dates will be contacted via email to schedule an individual enrollment appointment.

Parents/Guardians who have not yet pre-registered their student may still do so by clicking here. Families are encouraged to complete enrollment by March 15 to ensure their child receives a placement at their home school building. Perrysburg Schools is offering tuition-free all day kindergarten district-wide for the 2024-25 school year.

If your child attends Perrysburg’s preschool program at Union Preschool, you do not need to pre-register for kindergarten or attend the February 22nd event. Your student is already enrolled for kindergarten through Final Forms.

?    Immunizations/Physical - Physicals must be dated within one year of the start of school. They can be turned in at Jacket Jumpstart in August or uploaded to Final Forms if they are not available yet.
