Perrysburg Schools is pleased to announce that, due to a recent change in state school funding, the Fair School Funding Plan, the school district is transitioning to tuition-free all day kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. Tuition-free all day kindergarten will be offered school district-wide at each elementary next school year. Families are encouraged to complete enrollment by March 15th to ensure their child receives a placement at their home school building.

Perrysburg School District Residents who are parents/guardians of the incoming 2024-25 Kindergarten class may pre-register their child online at the district website starting Monday, January 22, 2024 by clicking this link. The school district uses web-based software called Final Forms for enrollment and updating of student information from year-to-year. New families will create a Final Forms account, while families with other children already attending school in the district will be able to log in to their existing Final Forms account and click “add a student” to enter their child’s information.

On Thursday, February 22nd, there will be a Kindergarten Registration Form Collection Day at the School Board Office, 140 E. Indiana Avenue, for parents/guardians to turn in all required paperwork to complete enrollment. No student assessments will be done at that time, so students need not attend.

If your child attends Perrysburg’s preschool program at Union Preschool, you do not need to pre-register for kindergarten, as your student is already active in Final Forms. However, current Union Preschool parents/guardians will be asked to verify the information in our system. Additional information will be provided by the Preschool staff.

Enrollment paperwork for new students is due by March 15, 2024. Families will receive confirmation of enrollment and assigned elementary school on March 20, 2024. Students must be age five on or before August 1, 2024, to begin kindergarten during the 2024-25 school year. Families may register after March 15th, however, enrolling early will help ensure students receive a placement in their home school building.
