Perrysburg Health and Wellness Clinic

Perrysburg Health and Wellness Clinic is continuing to operate during normal business hours.  The health center has moved to a telemedicine model of care allowing patients access to their providers and nurses via phone or video. Should a patient require medications or need a refill they are available to patients for pickup via drive-up methods. This will allow patients to get care and medications without any contact to help keep everyone safe.
