Help Make a Difference in a Child’s Life!

Perrysburg Schools has a great opportunity for you to make a difference in a first, second or third grader's life. Mentors are needed for a one-on-one reading tutoring program. You can work with one student two or more days per week to help him or her become a better reader.

The Perrysburg Rotary Learning Day by Day Program will be offered Monday through Thursday from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Training will be provided and all the needed materials are prepared for you in advance. All you need is a desire to help a struggling reader gain confidence. In a typical session you will read a short story, talk about it, play a literacy game and get your young student started on his or her nightly homework.
