Perrysburg Rowing Club travels to Fourth Regatta of the Season

Perrysburg Rowing Club traveled to Wyandotte, Michigan this past weekend for their fourth regatta of the season, The Wy-Hi Regatta, hosted by Wyandotte Boat Club. The team raced 15 boats against crews from 11 teams, including Crestwood, Carlson, Grosse Ile, Huron, Northview, Riverview, Roosevelt, Southgate and Trenton, plus local competitors Central Catholic Rowing Club and St. Francis de Sales High School Rowing. Perrysburg continued to build on their momentum from last weekend, earning three gold medals, two silver medals, two bronze medals and advancing 12 team boats to finals, making for an exciting and competitive day of racing in preparation for the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Championships next weekend.
