Perrysburg High School Athletics Hall of Fame
The Perrysburg High School Athletics Hall of Fame committee is currently accepting nominations for the induction class of 2018. Nominate a fellow Yellow Jacket or team by completing the online nomination form or printing a paper form and mailing it to the Perrysburg Athletic Department. Both nominations forms may be found on the PHS Athletic webpage.
The Nomination Deadline is October 1, 2017.
