Elizabeth Nedley
12th Grade
Perrysburg High School


young woman smilingElizabeth Nedley, Senior at Perrysburg High School, is a member of National Honors Society, Link Crew and the Yellow Oak Club volunteer club; Secretary of the Key Club volunteer group and Captain of the Tennis Team.

"Elizabeth is a great leader and peer who thinks outside of herself for the betterment of others," shared Lydia Reiter, PHS Senior.
Teachers describe her as positive, self-reliant, confident, diligent, curious, compassionate, kind, a leader and genuinely well-rounded.

"Elizabeth is incredibly passionate and has a calming confidence that leads her in academics, volunteer work and extracurricular activities," shared Danielle Sidebottom, PHS School Counselor and PHS Key Club Advisor.

"Elizabeth is one of the hardest working students I've had the pleasure of teaching. She's also incredibly talented. She puts so much effort into every single assignment. She's also kind and friendly, truly a pleasure to have in class!" shared Megan Yarnell, PHS Art Teacher.

"Elizabeth always comes to class with a positive attitude and is ready to work. If she does not understand something she will work to find the answer. She is a friend to all," shared Terri Camp, PHS Social Studies Teacher.

Employee Spotlight
Julie Gedert
2nd Grade Teacher
Toth Elementary School


woman smiling“Mrs. Gedert always has the warmest, most welcoming smile in all that she does, and she does a lot! One of our fourth grade students said it best when she shared, Mrs. Gedert: ‘is always so caring every day. She makes learning just the best. She always wants us to succeed in everything we do,’” shared Jessica Molina, Principal, Toth Elementary School.

In addition to being a wonderful classroom teacher, Mrs. Gedert leads all fundraisers at Toth including the carnival, spirit stick sales and walk-a-palooza. Mrs. Gedert is also a member of the Building Leadership Team and Faculty Advisory Committee. Mrs. Sarah Basil, a colleague second grade teacher, shared that Mrs. Gedert is a mentor to teachers on staff because she is also so kind and caring. She always advocates for her kids and her colleagues.
