Student Spotlight
Maham Hassan and Aanya Singhal
Hull Prairie Intermediate School

two students smiling with their arms around each other in front of a world mapMaham Hassan and Aanya Singhal have been very active members of the HPI International Club this year. They served as student chairs of the “Celebration of Women, Coffee & Tea” event on March 8th, which was International Women’s Day. As student chairpersons, they took on responsibility for leading the planning and implementation of the whole event. They showed incredible creativity, leadership and communication skills. “Maham and Aanya showed just how capable students can be at leading; I kept giving them responsibilities, and they kept knocking it out of the park,” says Mr. Hilt, International Club Advisor.

Maham and Aanya tackled every task with a smile and enthusiasm, showing a lot of maturity and self-discipline. They stepped up to the challenge of keeping their peers motivated and interested. “Keep an eye on these two as they progress through Perrysburg Schools, I'm sure this is just a preview of their amazing potential,” said Mr. Hilt.

We are happy to have you at HPI, Maham and Aanya!
