Employee Spotlight
Katie Christian, Mary Krall and Amber Wymer
Kitchen Crew
Toth Elementary School

three people wearing masks and holding up lunch bagsThroughout the pandemic, one of the constant questions was: how are we going to continue to serve breakfasts and lunches that the kids love with all of the changes to the start of school and lunch time procedures? However, all of these changes have not stopped Katie, Mary and Amber from preparing and serving breakfasts and lunches to our students - for the month of January, they served 1,603 Breakfasts (~133 per day) and 2,457 Lunches (~204 per day) and they did it with a smile! They have served the school district for a combined 24 years, 16 of those years at Toth!

When asked what is the best part of your day, the team agreed that it was seeing the students go through the line at breakfast or seeing them in the hallways and classrooms when they are delivering lunches to the classrooms.

Thank you for your kind hearts and hard work, Toth Cafeteria Staff Members!
