Student Spotlight
Sage Zeitler
Senior
Perrysburg High School

smiling studentSage Zeitler serves as a role model to her peers for commitment and hard work, coupled with the initiative to advocate for ideas and projects she has passion about, which then reveal her strong communication skills and care for others.

“Sage’s history of active involvement at Perrysburg High School and in our community is foundational to her growth mindset as a caring leader,” shared Amy Farrar, English Teacher. “As a student in virtually all honors classes and as a varsity soccer player, who has also managed eight years of travel soccer, Sage still finds time to be involved with Interact Club and to participate in service projects at our school and in our community, including: Toys 4 Tots, One Kick Wonders, Adopt-a-Family, Mystery Valentine and Rotary Casino Night.”

“Sage became the first student member of the Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Committee at Perrysburg High School–quite an honor as it speaks of her value and fortitude as a leader in our school,” explained Amy Farrar.

We’re so proud of you, Sage!

Her knowledge of her content and her determination for her students is unending. She is always there to lend a hand and to help problem solve. I continuously marvel at her sprint as she helps keeps us all organized in this hectic year and all other years! Chelsea is simply one of the best teammates ever.”

“I am really lucky to have Chelsea as a teammate,” shared Stacy Larzelere, 2nd Grade Teacher. “She is so organized and professional. She cares about her students and goes above and beyond for the school. Chelsea thinks ahead and works hard to be a problem-solver. Fort Meigs Elementary School is lucky to have such a wonderful teacher.”
