The Perrysburg Virtual Academy (PVA) was created in response to the global pandemic resulting from COVID-19. Perrysburg Schools contracts with Northwest Ohio Virtual Academy (NOVA) as part of a consortium of schools utilizing a common platform called SchoolsPLP.  This platform in turn provides content from Lincoln Learning, Inc.  

Our own Perrysburg professional educators oversee all courses and students in the platform.  The professionals communicate with families and assess student learning. Families play an important role in virtual learning environments as a learning coach for students at home.  

Each family commits to at least one semester enrollment in PVA for the 2020-21 school year.
