Perrysburg Schools

Ensuring ALL Students Achieve Their Greatest Potential

Strategic Plan

A Shared Direction for Every Student

Perrysburg Schools is embarking on a comprehensive strategic-planning process to establish a shared direction for the next three to five years – with every student at the center.

We begin this work from a position of strength. Perrysburg Schools has an exceptional foundation and excellent work already underway. This process will help us listen broadly, make thoughtful choices, focus our resources, connect our work, and hold ourselves publicly accountable for delivering the best possible outcomes for every student.

Throughout the process, one question will guide our work:
How will this help our students learn, grow, thrive, and prepare for their futures?

The strategic plan will identify a manageable number of student-centered priorities and connect them to specific actions, responsibilities, resources, timelines, and measures of progress. Important academic, financial, operational, and facilities work will continue as the plan is developed, with the goal of bringing that work together within one coherent framework.

Students, employees, families, residents, alumni, community organizations, and civic and business partners will have multiple opportunities to participate. We will share those opportunities, provide regular updates, explain what we are hearing, and show how community input influences the plan.

This page will grow along with the process. Please check back for updates, resources, and opportunities to help shape a stronger future for every Perrysburg student.
