2019-20 Kindergarten Pre-Registration begins Monday, January 28, 2019 at Noon
Perrysburg School District Residents who are parents/guardians of the incoming 2019-20 kindergarten class may CLICK HERE to pre-register on or after noon on Monday, January 28, 2019. Please follow the link to complete the online Pre-Registration Form for NEW students and schedule an enrollment appointment for your Round-Up day, which will be held at the Perrysburg Board of Education Office (140 E. Indiana Ave.). Students must be age five on or before August 1, 2019 to begin kindergarten during the 2019-20 school year.
Round-Up Days
Frank Elementary: Thursday, February 21, 2019 (make-up date February 28)
Woodland Elementary: Thursday, February 21, 2019 (make-up date February 28)
Ft. Meigs Elementary: Thursday, March 7, 2019 (make-up date March 14)
Toth Elementary: Thursday, March 7, 2019 (make-up date March 14)
In the event of a two-hour delay of school on one of the Round-Up Days, parents and guardians who have a time between 8:30 and 10:20 a.m. will need to call 419-874-9131 to reschedule for an appointment later that day. In addition, the make-up dates are listed above in the event that there is a school day cancellation on Round-Up Day.
Parents/Guardians will schedule the kindergarten round-up enrollment appointment from the submission confirmation page of the enrollment form using the link provided. Parents/Guardians must complete the online 2019-20 pre-registration form and schedule an appointment time to be considered pre-registered for a Round-Up Day. This should be done as soon as possible.
Parents/Guardians should plan to bring to the scheduled appointment the required documents (certified original birth certificate, photo ID as the parent/guardian, proof of residency - see “New Student Enrollment” tab for detailed description), immunization record and complete court file-stamped custody papers (if applicable). Your student will also need to attend the Round-Up appointment since some required assessments will be completed at that time.
Parents/Guardians of students currently attending Perrysburg’s preschool program at Union Preschool do not need to pre-register. However, current Union Preschool Parents/Guardians will be asked to verify the current information in our system. Additional information will be provided from our Preschool staff about the verification process and the required student assessments.

On Monday, March 25, 2019, a test email will be sent to families who have turned in ALL enrollment documents confirming that we have the correct email address on file for families. In that email, the date and time for families to reserve a full day/half day kindergarten spot will be given.
Full Day/Half Day Kindergarten Spots
An email will be sent to families to request full day vs. half day spots. Those spots will be given in order based upon the time stamp of the email. Families will be notified by the enrollment office that their request has been approved/denied via email. If spots are filled at your student's home school (school that child would be assigned to 1-4 grade), families would have the option of Intra-District Open Enrolling to another one of our elementary schools that may have available spots.
