Perrysburg Junior High School Drama presents Elf The Musical JR.
PJHS Drama is proud to present the modern-day classic, Elf The Musical JR, written by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, with music by Matthew Sklar and lyrics by Chad Beguelin. Based on the beloved holiday film, this hilarious fish-out-of-water comedy follows Buddy the Elf in his quest to find his true identity.

Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity.

The cast includes Clayton Snyder as Buddy the Elf, Annie Mauk as Jovie and Andrew Winkler as Michael Hobbs. Directed by Joel Hamilton and Melissa Toth, with choreography by Elise Hanson, this festive and fun holiday production is sure to put you in the holiday spirit.

Performances will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 8 at Perrysburg Junior High School. Reserved seating tickets are $10 at the door, or available for advance purchase on December 2 and 3 from 6-8 p.m. at the Perrysburg Junior High School box office.
