The Perrysburg High School Jacket Gymnasts are collecting blankets for Lucas County Children Services – this is their fourth year for this service project. On Sunday, December 1, 2019, the Gymnasts had a blanket-making work session making tie blankets. The Gymnasts will continue to collect blankets at Perrysburg High School during regular school hours. Please consider dropping off an infant to teenage size blanket for a child in need. The gymnasts will collect blankets until Friday, December 13th.
The Jacket Gymnasts also collected enough food to donate two complete Thanksgiving Dinners with all the fixings. The families also received breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for the rest of the holiday week. Thanks to the generosity of the PHS Gymnasts, others had a wonderful meal and were very thankful for their kindness.
