Students must be three years old and toilet-trained to begin preschool.
Preschool Round-Up Day – February 7, 2020* (make-up date is February 14 in case of a school day delay or cancellation on February 7 – appointment times would not change)
Preschool Round-Up will be held at the Commodore Building, Perrysburg Board of Education Office, 140 E. Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg OH 43551.
Parents/guardians will schedule their preschool Round-up enrollment appointment for Friday, February 7 from the submission confirmation page of the online enrollment form using the link provided. Parents/guardians must complete the online 2020-2021 pre-registration form and schedule an appointment time to be considered pre-registered for the Round-Up Day. We encourage parents and guardians to register online and set their Round-Up appointment as soon as possible once the link is available.
Parents/guardians, in order to complete your registration, you will need to bring the required documents to your scheduled appointment:
? Certified original birth certificate
? Photo ID as the parent/guardian
?
Proof of residency? Immunization record
? Entire court file-stamped custody papers (if applicable)
? Completed tuition forms (forms will be emailed to you prior to the Round-up day)
Your student does not need to attend the Round-Up appointment.
*Parents/guardians of a CURRENT Perrysburg Preschool student at Union Preschool DO NOT need to pre-register or attend the Round-Up Day. Current Union Preschool Parents/Guardians will be asked to verify their information in our system. Additional information will be provided from our Preschool staff about the verification process.
