Perrysburg Teachers recognized as Jennings Fellows
Amy Boros, Science Teacher at Hull Prairie Intermediate School (at right), and Kristine Martz, Gifted Intervention Specialist at Toth and Ft. Meigs Elementary Schools (at left), were recently recognized as Jennings Fellows at Bowling Green State University. They presented projects that they used in their classrooms as part of the Jennings Institute they attended in the fall.

To be recognized as a Jennings Fellow, teachers are required to design and implement lessons incorporating the ideas presented by the Jennings Institute. They also must reflect on the experience and present about it to their peers regarding how the teaching strategies in the units they developed impacted students and enhanced their own personal practice to better engage learners.
