We know you are getting an overwhelming amount of COVID-19 information, but we wanted to offer a simple reminder of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefit that is available through the Basic Life offering. There are resources for a number of concerns you may be facing; and there is a direct COVID-19 related issues page now available.
The Life Insurance includes an EAP benefit to all covered employees and their household members. Each member is eligible for Unlimited Telephonic Visits and up to 3 Physical Consults Per Issue Per Year (face-to-face consults are currently limited due to the COVID-19 Event).
The attached brochure below provides information to access the EAP using Code OneAmeric3. Members may mention their Employer Name (and the Policy Number MEC/610712 for reference).
