Description:
Perrysburg High School Theatre Department is pleased to announce the upcoming Winter One Acts to be performed January 22-25 and January 29-February 1. Under the direction of Robert Gentry and Deb Drew, more than 80 high school cast and crew members will perform one drama and two comedies: “To Absent Friend,” “Campsite Chaos: A Frantically Romantic Love Story” and “The Express Line.”
The Winter One Acts are three one-act plays performed in the round, which means the audience is seated onstage facing the actors from three sides. This provides the actors and audience members a more intimate setting, and makes every facial expression and gesture easier to observe. Each play is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Performance dates and times are January 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, and 31 at 7:30 p.m., and January 25 and February 1 at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $7.00 for all seats and can be purchased at the box office 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. January 21 and 22, and one hour prior to curtain on performance days. Tickets are also available online at www.tinyurl.com/perrysburgtheatre starting at 7:30 p.m. on January 22. All seats reserved.
