Dear Families with Students in Grades 5-12,
We have been hearing some questions from families with students currently in a remote learning environment, so in case there are others out there with the same questions, we wanted to reach out.
We have launched a course titled "Online Learning For Parents/Students" that may be found under the Courses link in Schoology. This course, provided to both parent/guardian and student accounts, has troubleshooting guides and other information designed to provide fast answers for common problems being experienced by some of our remote students. We will continue to update this course to address new challenges as needed.

. If you are experiencing an issue with connectivity to your home network, and prior to submitting a support ticket, please restart your router and/or wireless networking equipment as well as your school-issued device.
If you are having an issue with a website or activity that has been assigned, please contact your classroom teacher via Schoology or email.
