2019-20 Preschool Pre-Registration begins January 8, 2019 at Noon

1. Perrysburg School District residents who are parents/guardians of new incoming 2019-20 preschool student(s) may CLICK HERE to pre-register beginning Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at noon. It is also necessary to schedule an enrollment appointment for Preschool Round-Up Day in order to complete the registration. Students must be three years old and toilet-trained to begin preschool.
   
   Preschool Round-Up Day – January 25, 2019*
   Preschool Round Up will be held at the Commodore Building, Perrysburg Board of Education Office, 140 E. Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg OH 43551.
   
   Parents/guardians will schedule their preschool round-up enrollment appointment from the submission confirmation page of the online enrollment form using the link provided above. *Parents/guardians must complete the online 2019-2020 pre-registration form and schedule an appointment time to be considered pre-registered for the Round-Up Day. We encourage parents and guardians to register online and set their Round-Up appointment as soon as possible.
   
   Parents/guardians, in order to complete your registration, you will need to bring the required documents to your scheduled appointment:
   -- Certified original birth certificate
   -- Photo ID as the parent/guardian
   -- Proof of residency - click here for detailed description
   -- Immunization record
   -- Complete court file-stamped custody papers (if applicable)
   
   Your student does not need to attend the Round-Up appointment.
   
   If you are a parent/guardian of a CURRENT Perrysburg Preschool student at Union Preschool, you do not need to pre-register. However, current Union Preschool Parents/Guardians will be asked to verify their information in our system. Additional information will be provided from our Preschool staff about the verification process.
