Second Annual Jacket Way Color Run a Success

The Second Annual Jacket Way Color Run was a success at Perrysburg Junior High School! Lots of fun was had on Friday, September 29, 2017, while raising money for The Jacket Way program for the students and families of Perrysburg Junior High School.

“The Junior High Parents’ Organization wishes to thank all of the donors, students volunteers and families for making this event another huge success,” stated Jennie Fry, JHPO President. “We’re already looking forward to next year!”

The Jacket Way creates common expectations for behavior across the school district. It reflects the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, the work of the school district’s Diversity Committee and is based upon the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports model, which sets out student and adult expectations to create a culture best suited for students to be academically, emotionally and socially successful. Perrysburg students are learning the three R’s of The Jacket Way: Respectful, Responsible and Ready.
