JV Jacket Gymnasts perform well at Championship

Perrysburg High School freshman Emily Myers won 1st place at the Junior Varsity Gymnastics Championships. She placed 1st in the all around with a 32.85, 2nd place on vault 8.30, 1st place on bars 7.8, 1st place on beam 8.15 and 1st place on floor 8.6. Teammate freshman Kara Lintner captured 2nd place all around with a 30.60. She took 1st place on vault 8.35, 2nd place on bars 7.0, 6th place on beam 7.25, 5th place on floor 8.0. Sophomore Julia Rajner placed at 8th place on beam 7.05.

It takes four gymnasts to make a team score. Perrysburg only had three gymnasts compete at JV Championships, so not enough gymnasts competed to make a full team score.
