Fifth Annual Perrysburg Hunger Banquet set for Oct. 16

Leading up to this year’s Tent City in Toledo, Perrysburg High School Alumnus Ken Leslie ’75 will again return to Perrysburg to host a Hunger Banquet on Tuesday, October 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Zoar Lutheran Church (314 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg). There is no cost to participate, but attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Tent City.

The banquet will simulate how food is available throughout the world, and includes a group conversation about hunger after the meal. The event is open to the public and members of the community are encouraged to attend.
