INJURY TO STUDENTS
If a student is injured while under your supervision you should complete a Student Injury Report immediately after taking care of the student. This report should be completed even if the injury seems minor at the time in case of unforeseen complications. Be sure to indicate any treatment you might have done to the injured student.
STUDENT ILLNESS
The clinic is provided for students who become ill at school. If a student
becomes ill during the day, he/she is to ask the classroom teacher for written
permission to go to the clinic, located in the guidance office. Students
should not report to the clinic without first receiving permission from
their teacher. If the teacher needs help getting the student to the clinic
he/she should contact the office via the P.A. and inform the office of the
need for assistance. Be sure to request the wheel chair if needed.
