Perryburg Schools is accepting online pre-registrations for new 2018-19 kindergarten students as of Saturday, January 27, 2018.
After parents/guardians complete the New Student Enrollment for 2018-19, they will be asked to schedule an enrollment appointment for Kindergarten Round-Up, which will be held at Central Office on the following dates:
• Frank Elementary and Woodland Elementary – Thursday, February 22, 2018
• Ft. Meigs Elementary and Toth Elementary – Thursday, March 8, 2018
Parents/Guardians will schedule the enrollment appointment from the submission confirmation page of the enrollment form, using the designated link provided below.
STEP ONE: Please use this link to confirm the elementary school to which your student is assigned so that you are able to schedule the correct round-up appointment.
STEP TWO: Parents/Guardians of the incoming 2018-19 kindergarten class may use this link to pre-register, once you have looked up your student's elementary school assignment above.

Note: Parents/Guardians need to complete the online 2018-19 pre-registration form and schedule a round-up appointment to be considered pre-registered. This should be done as soon as possible on or after Saturday, January 27, 2018.
Parents/Guardians should plan to bring to the scheduled appointment the required documents (certified original birth certificate, photo ID as the parent/guardian, proof of residency - see this link for a detailed description), immunization record and complete court file-stamped custody papers (if applicable). Your student does need to attend the appointment to participate in screening activities.
Note: If your student is currently attending Union Preschool, you do not need to pre-register at this time. However, current Union Preschool Parents/Guardians will be asked to verify their information in our system later.
Please Mark Your Calendars - March 15, 2018 - A test email will be sent out from the enrollment office confirming that we have the correct email address on file for families. In that email, the date and time for families to reserve a full day/half day kindergarten spot will be given.
Full Day/Half Day Kindergarten Spots - On the specified date, families will be able to request full day vs. half day spots. Those spots will be given in order based upon the time stamp of the email. Families will be notified by the enrollment office that their request has been approved/denied within 24-48 hours of the window opening for spot reservations. If spots are filled at your student's home school (school that child would be assigned to 1-4 grade), families would have the option of Intra-District Open Enrolling to another one of our elementary schools that may have available spots.
